Intellectual Property Protection Of TAHI Club
Comprehensive International Copyright, Patent, and Intellectual Property Protection Statement
All intellectual property, including but not limited to the name, logo, design elements, brand colors, images, videos, promotional teasers, slogans, motto, inventions, and all related materials, associated with TAHI Club (Trip Anak Happy Indonesia Motor Club), is the exclusive and sole property of TAHI Club. These materials are fully protected under national and international copyright, patent, and intellectual property laws, including but not limited to:
• The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, providing comprehensive protection of creative works worldwide.
• The Universal Copyright Convention (UCC), ensuring the recognition of creators’ rights across signatory countries.
• The Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) Agreement under the World Trade Organization (WTO), mandating global standards for intellectual property protection.
• Indonesian Patent Law (Law No. 14 of 2001), protecting new inventions, innovations, and proprietary technologies exclusive to TAHI Club.
• Indonesian Copyright Law (Law No. 28 of 2014), safeguarding all original works, content, and creative properties produced by TAHI Club.
• Relevant Intellectual Property Laws of other jurisdictions, ensuring worldwide protection based on local and international treaties.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or commercial exploitation of any of these materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be held fully accountable and face the following severe consequences:
1. Civil Liability: Full compensation for any damages incurred due to unauthorized use, including lost profits, brand devaluation, and reputational harm. TAHI Club will seek the highest possible damages available under the law, including any profits made from infringing activities.
2. Criminal Liability: Prosecution under applicable criminal laws, which may include heavy fines, imprisonment, and asset forfeiture. TAHI Club will pursue the maximum penalties allowed by law.
3. Injunctions: Immediate and irrevocable court orders to cease and desist all infringing activities, including confiscation of any unauthorized copies of intellectual property, materials, or products.
4. Disgorgement of Profits: Any profits gained through infringement will be seized and returned to TAHI Club, along with additional fines as determined by the courts. Any entity or individual found to be profiting from illegal use will face financial penalties that may include a complete forfeiture of assets.
5. Legal Action Worldwide: TAHI Club reserves the right to pursue legal action in any jurisdiction globally. We will take swift and aggressive action in international courts and seek full enforcement of our intellectual property rights wherever infringement occurs.

The leadership of TAHI Club is committed to ensuring the protection and enforcement of its intellectual property. TAHI Club reserves the exclusive right to take all necessary legal actions, including pursuing litigation and engaging law enforcement, to protect its intellectual property from unauthorized use or infringement.
For licensing inquiries, permissions, or further legal clarifications, please contact the official legal department of TAHI Club. Unauthorized use of any part of TAHI Club’s intellectual property will be met with the full force of the law, and we will pursue the highest level of legal remedies available. Any violator should be fully aware of the severity of these consequences.
TAHI Club’s intellectual property rights are non-transferable and exclusively held by the legitimate owners. Any violation will result in immediate legal action and severe penalties.
